The level of support you will get for your new site far exceeds anything you will get from the major hosting companies.  How do I know this?  Because I have been dealing with those companies for over 15 years and I am aware of the limitations they have.

So, am I limitless?  Clearly not! :¬) But I will make sure your site is up and running.  I will make sure you know how to update and improve the content on your own site.  Perhaps most important, I will make sure you are happy with the performance of your site.

I won't try and baffle you with technical jargon, and I won't fob you off with gobbledogook.  If I don't know the answer, I'll tell you I don't know! Then I'll go off and find out the answer - for my sake as much as yours.
